Terms and Conditions — IVOR Creation (TaporiPrints)

1. Acceptance: Website par diya gaya order vendor (IVOR Creation) ke terms ke anusar accept kiya jayega. Hum order accept karne ke baad confirmation email/send karenge. Koi bhi order tabhi binding hota hai jab shipment dispatch ho chuka ho.

2. Price & Payment: Sabhi prices product page par diye gaye hain. Platform ke payment gateway/checkout ke through payment collect kiya jayega. Hum prices bina notice ke update kar sakte hain; lekin order place hone ke baad applicable price wahi hoga.

3. Cancellation: Customer dispatch se pehle order cancel kar sakta hai. Dispatch ke baad cancellation return process ke through handle hogi (Return & Refund Policy ka palan hoga).

4. Intellectual Property: Website par diye gaye sabhi designs, images aur content IVOR Creation ki property hain. Unauthorized reproduction/redistribution mana hai.

5. Liability: Hum third-party delays (courier) ke liye liable nahi hain. Hum reasonable efforts karte hain timely delivery ke liye. Humari liability product defect ke case tak limited rahegi jo Return & Refund Policy me define hai.

6. Governing Law: Ye terms India ke laws ke anusar interpret ki jayegi. Kisi bhi dispute ke liye Surat jurisdiction lagu hoga.
