Return & Refund Policy — IVOR Creation (TaporiPrints)

1. Custom printed products (T-shirts, mobile covers) ke liye return sirf print defect, damage during shipping, ya wrong item delivered ke cases me accept kiya jayega. Fit/size change ya customer preference ke liye return nahi hota (custom prints).

2. Agar product damaged/defective ho, toh order delivery ke 48 ghante ke andar photo proof bhejein (email: info@ranaji.creation). Photo aur order details milne par hum inspection karenge.

3. Defect confirm hone par hum replacement send karenge ya full refund (customer ke choice). Refund processing me 5–7 working days lag sakte hain (bank/UPI timelines alag ho sakte hain).

4. COD orders ke refund ke liye return parcel receive hone ke baad refund process hoga. Shipping charges (agar applicable) refund policy ke hisaab se adjust ho sakte hain.

5. Exchange policy: Agar size wrong deliver hua ho to exchange free of cost (subject to stock availability).
